Pollinators carrying many pesticides, US study finds

U.S. researchers have found field-caught, native bees are exposed to an array of pesticides, including a class of insecticides suspected in the decline of commercial and wild honeybees. The new study, conducted by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), is the first-ever of pesticide residues on field-caught bees and adds to concern about the possible harm to pollinators from agricultural chemicals.
