Analysis: Argentina expects agribusiness boom post-Kirchner

Argentine grains output could surge by 30% to 130 million tonnes from the current 100mt by 2019 if presidential front runner Mauricio Macri wins a run-off contest to replace Cristina Fernandez on November 22. If he wins, Macri is expected to cut export taxes and state controls, with maize and wheat seen as the main beneficiaries.
