Core legislative framework: Council Directive 2001/114/EC

Council Directive 2001/114/EC of 20 December 2001 sets out rules on certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption. These rules define the relevant products on the basis of their composition and the preparation processes they undergo, and prescribe labelling requirements.
