Beer advert featuring Jesus in rabbit costume “does not breach UK rules”

An advertisement for beer sent out via Twitter that featured an image of Jesus in a rabbit costume was “not likely to cause widespread offence”, the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled. The ASA was responding to a complaint from a person who said the advert “trivialised Christianity”.
