The Ranchers-Cattlemen Action Legal Fund, United Stockgrowers of America (R-CALF USA) has filed an administrative complaint charging USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) with falsifying industry comments to support expanding its Animal Disease Traceability (ADT) rule to include cattle under 18 months of age and to mandate electronic ear tags for all cattle.
