EU member states propose legislative changes to tackle 'dual quality foods'

Amending packaging legislation and the establishment of a new code of conduct are two ways in which the European Commission can tackle the issue of so-called dual quality foods in the EU, according to member states at today’s (November 6) Agriculture Council meeting in Brussels.
