Insect bread goes on sale after Finland lifts ban

A Finnish bakery has introduced insect bread to several grocery stores in the country after Finland lifted its ban on selling insects as food earlier this month. Insect-based food can be expected to become more common fare in Europe from January 1st 2018, when the revised EU novel foods regulation enters force.
