CAP reform plans leave too many questions unanswered, says ComAgri President

The Commission’s Communication on the post-2020 CAP reform does not adequately address the issues of farming incomes, rural depopulation and generational renewal, according to ComAgri President Czesław Siekierski, who has further criticised the lack of intervention measures foreseen under the proposals to tackle future price disturbances on agricultural markets.
