In his speech given at the 2017 EU Agricultural Outlook Conference, EU Agriculture Commissioner Hogan further explained the Commission’s reform plans for the post-2020 Common Agricultural Policy, while he advised the member states to increase their national contributions to the EU budget to ensure sufficient spending on the EU farming sector after Brexit.
