IEG Policy: Christmas email alert schedule, Customer Support hours

There will be some changes to our usual email alert schedule, and times when you can contact our customer support team, over the Christmas and New Year period. 

You will still receive the weekly briefing and daily news alerts up until Friday, December 22. However, there will be no alerts on December 25 and 26, or January 1, and only daily news alerts during the period December 27-29. Things will return to normal as of Tuesday, January 2.

Your Saved Searches & Alerts selections in the My Account section will continue to operate as usual during this time.

Ask the Analyst & Customer Support

The Ask the Analyst service will be suspended from December 25, 2017 - January 1, 2018 inclusive but will start again as usual on January 2, 2018.

There will also be some changes to the usual Customer Support opening hours across our three global hubs, which are summarized in the table below.
