FDA asked to revise cholesterol requirements so eggs can carry health claims

After the most recent Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA) dropped the daily cholesterol limit, the Egg Nutrition Center (ENC) is asking FDA to change regulations that bar health claims and some implied nutrient content claims on shell eggs because of their cholesterol content.
