Red Bull adverts “do not breach rules” over brain function claims

Energy drink producer Red Bull has been told it can continue to run two animated advertisements, one of which implied that consuming the drink could allow someone to beat a robot at chess. Both adverts also contained claims that were found to be protected by an exemption in EU law.
