Judge halts California Prop 65 warning label requirement for glyphosate

Implementation of a California requirement that Monsanto place warning labels on its Roundup products – which contain the herbicide glyphosate – was halted by federal judge who said there is “insufficient evidence” the ingredient causes cancer.
