Future CAP needs to look at impact of farming across policies

The EU needs to adopt a cross-sectoral policy approach to set up a future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) which does not work to impoverish farmers in developing countries, a joint hearing of the Parliament Agriculture and Development Committees heard.
