Chinese broiler chicken duties, EU biodiesel duties, tensions surface at WTO DSB meeting

A regular meeting of the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) February 28 agreed to establish a panel in the US-India solar dispute and adopted panel rulings in the EU-Indonesia biodiesel and US-China broiler duty disputes, among other business. Meanwhile tensions simmered between the US and other members over filling Appellate Body vacancies.
