Canada's second requests for the establishment of panels to adjudicate disputes over US countervailing (CVD) and antidumping (AD) duties imposed on imports of Canadian softwood lumber were granted during an April 9 meeting of the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body (DSB).
