The White House on Tuesday said it would assess 10 percent in tariffs on another $200 billion in Chinese goods, to take effect after a public comment process. Meanwhile, US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer will discuss achieving a trade agreement at the annual African Growth and Opportunity Act Forum (AGOA) and USDA announced changes to how it releases certain reports.
