China and the US say they will hold lower-level trade talks later this month. Meanwhile, the US and Mexico appear closer to inking a North American Free Trade Agreement deal (NAFTA 2.0) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) confirmed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) chief Wheeler is looking at Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) changes in hopes of reaching a compromise.
