Add the maker of LaCroix sparkling waters to the growing list of food companies facing class action lawsuits alleging they are misleading consumers by labeling their products as "natural." The complaint contends the claims made by Florida-based National Beverage Corp. are deceptive because its LaCroix products contain chemical compounds that FDA considers synthetic or artificial.
