Carlsberg cleared of targeting advertising at children through web game

The alcohol advert appeared on a game called “Microsoft Solitare” and Carlsberg was asked to provide evidence that it was not directed at people under 18.

Drinks company Carlsberg UK has been cleared by the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) of targeting children with its advertising after a complaint was lodged against the company.
