US concerns over Chinese treatment of intellectual property rights are expected to feature highly in US-China trade talks, US national security adviser John Bolton said. Meanwhile, the House and Senate cleared a stop-gap spending bill to keep the government open through December 21 and expectations are the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) may soon move forward with a replacement for the Obama-era Waters of the US (WOTUS) rule.
