French authority disputes court ruling that said it erred when assessing glyphosate product

The agency, Anses, is contesting any error of assessment in the application of national and European legislation in approving Bayer legacy company Monsanto's Roundup Pro 360.

The French food safety agency, the Anses, has contested the finding of the French Administrative Court in Lyon that the agency made an error of assessment by approving Bayer legacy company Monsanto’s herbicide, Roundup Pro 360 (glyphosate).
