USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue said he will consult with Congress before moving forward with plans to relocate the Economic Research Service (ERS) and the National Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA). Meanwhile, China criticized a USTR report detailing its lack of compliance with WTO rules and Russia's ag ministry said it expects grain exports to slow in the near-term.
