As the debate rages over the use of dairy terms in plant-based products, the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) is offering a novel solution – a front-of-pack (FOP) disclosure for plant-based ‘milks’ that clarifies they are not nutritionally equivalent to animal milk.
