Benefits to dairy farmers from the Dairy Margin Coverage (DMC) program approved in the 2018 Farm Bill need to be taken into account by farm lenders and regulators even though the program's implementation has not been completed by USDA, Senate Agriculture Committee Ranking Member Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) urged this week.
