The EU’s February 11 agreement on the proposal to increase transparency in the EU risk assessment process will prevent piracy of European company ideas through key controls on what industry data are published, according to Spanish centre right MEP Pilar Ayuso, who led the European Parliament in negotiations with the Council and Commission.
