Italy’s farmers’ association Coldiretti and Angri-based Princes Industrie Alimentari, the Italian subsidiary of Liverpool-based food & drink group Princes, have signed an agreement that is designed to create a modern blockchain-based framework for an ethical and sustainable tomato supply chain in Italy.
