Whisky from Germany can’t be called ‘Glen Buchenbach’, court rules

Scotch Whisky Association welcomes the decision, as our sister publication, IP Magazine, reports

Whisky originating from Swabia in south-west Germany and not from Scotland may not be called ‘Glen Buchenbach’, the District Court of Hamburg has ruled.
