Polish competition watchdog: private label limitation bill unlikely to be passed by current Parliament

Marek Niechciał, the president of Poland’s competition watchdog UOKiK, has said the bill designed to limit the capacity of large retailers to sell products under their private labels is unlikely to be adopted by the incumbent parliament.
