A US-China trade deal is nearly complete, according to an official with the US Chamber of Commerce. Meanwhile, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator Andy Wheeler signaled Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) small refiner exemptions will continue and China is requiring processors to test pork for African swine fever (ASF).
