EU proposes group rapporteur for glyphosate assessment

Plan made in absence of any individual member state offering to take on expected high workload.

The European Commission has proposed that the next EU assessment of the herbicide, glyphosate, be handled by a group of EU member states, rather than the current system of two countries acting as rapporteur and co-rapporteur.
