An optimistic assessment about the state of US-China trade talks was offered by Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. Meanwhile, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will seek comment on its plan to release more information on small refiner waiver requests and China confirmed it is conducting a review of antidumping duties in place on US distillers' dried grains (DDGs).
