A Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) waiver proposal allowing for year-round sales of E15 (15% ethanol/85% gasoline) should also be expanded for other ethanol blend levels like E30 (30% ethanol/70% gasoline), the National Farmers Union (NFU) urged in a letter to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andy Wheeler.
