A US-Japan ag-only trade deal is still possible later this month, USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue said. Meanwhile, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reportedly halted work on a plan to release additional information on small refiner waivers and China is asking pork processors and pig dealers to get certificates proving their products are free of African swine fever (ASF).
