Two international bastions of the free market – the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the World Trade Organisation (WTO) are divided over the need for more transparency on international trade as a way to combat fraud, participants at a February 27 breakout session at the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) conference in Nice, France learned.
