EU health claims law “needs urgent review” says regulatory expert

Consultant Patrick Coppens will be speaking at next week’s 14th International Workshop on Nutrition and Health Claims Europe in Brussels when he will tell delegates how the EU’s 2006 Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation (1924/2006) is not fit for purpose.
