The U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) will bolster U.S. ag trade and includes "substantially better" enforcement mechanisms than its predecessor, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Cargill Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs Devry Boughner Vorwerk told a House panel May 22.
