Reworking of the Obama-era EPA's Clean Power Plan (CPP) and "Waters of the US" (WOTUS) rule under the Clean Water Act (CWA) will provide "regulatory certainty" for businesses while still protecting the environment, EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler said during an event today (June 3).
