“No deal” Brexit in October will raise food prices, reduce selection, warns BRC

British Retail Consortium (BRC) warns factors such as currency depression, tariffs and border delays wil raise prices if the UK fails to agree an exit deal with the EU.

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) reiterated its stance today that a “no deal” Brexit will have a price impact on everyday items and that the delay of a hard exit until October will only exacerbate the situation.
