The US and China have agreed to a deadline for Beijing to comply with a World Trade Organization (WTO) ruling on its subsidies for wheat and rice. Meanwhile, USDA is expected to announce the final decision on a new location for the Economic Research Service (ERS) and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) today and President Donald Trump said he remains confident the US will reach a deal with China on trade.
