A US-China deal is within reach but final issues could still derail talks, White House National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow said. Meanwhile, Kudlow also signaled the Trump administration will wait for a green light from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) before submitting US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) implementing language to Congress and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said he is okay with a later timeline on USMCA approval.
