The US budget deficit is set to top $1 trillion in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020. Meanwhile, China said it is prepared to retaliate against any new US tariffs and USDA announced it was reducing voluntary separation payments for employees of the Economic Research Service (ERS) and National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA).
