President Donald Trump will soon announce a plan to help mitigate the negative impact of EPA small refinery exemptions (SREs) on biofuel producers and commodities used as feedstocks, USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue said Wednesday (August 29). Meanwhile, China's Ministry of Commerce said it continues to mull the next steps in trade talks with the US and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) is the latest Democratic candidate to drop out of the race for president.
