A coalition of agricultural interests, food producers and pesticide manufacturers on Wednesday (Sept. 25) urged a federal judge to strike down California's decision to add glyphosate to the state's Proposition 65 list of cancer-causing chemicals, arguing the move is not supported by science and clearly violates the U.S. Constitution.
