Supermarket giants insist that previously contracted incoterms must be adhered to

Three large UK supermarket chains, Asda, Lidl and Sainsbury, are insisting that their suppliers pay any tariffs that may be applied to imported food and drink products if the UK leaves the EU with no deal and tariffs are immediately applied.
