A deal was reached to include renewal of the expired biodiesel tax credit in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 spending plans. Meanwhile, Mexico accepted the US’ response on the issue of labor attachés in the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) and National Economic Council (NEC) Director Larry Kudlow said the US is eyeing a trade deal with the UK soon after it leaves the European Union (EU).
