The House cleared two Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 “minibus” spending bills Tuesday (Dec. 17) with Senate consideration up next. Meanwhile, the House Ways and Means Committee approved implementing legislation for the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) sending it to the House floor for a vote and USDA announced it has extended the public comment period for its hemp production rule.
