The House voted to approve the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA)by a wide, 385-41 margin today (Dec. 19), capping months of negotiations led by US Trade Representative (USTR) Robert Lighthizer aimed at persuading skeptical House Democrats that new labor, environmental and other provisions would be enforceable.
