The Senate voted to approve two Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 spending packages, sending the measures to President Donald Trump for his signature. Meanwhile, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved 10 pesticides for use on hemp and USDA boosted the cotton Adjusted World Price (AWP) and announced the first upland cotton import quota since May.
