AUSTIN, TEXAS - After a difficult year in 2019 due to trade turmoil and natural disasters, USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue told attendees of the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) convention that 2020 should bring more stability for the US ag sector. He said the focus going forward will be on enforcement of the Phase One US-China trade deal, ongoing regulatory reform initiatives, and continued implementation of the 2018 Farm Bill.
